If there is one thing I have learned its that life is truly too short, For Games, For Distrust, For Regrets. We have been given a incredibly valuable gift to live, to love, to learn. The world itself is our classroom and all those around us are learning just like us. What this means to me is that life must be treated as the rareity that it is. Seizing life instead of letting our days pass in front of our eyes like worthless leaves passing in the autumn wind. To take the days we are given and love them by loving ourselves, By loving the God that made us, and By loving those around us. I know I am often guilty of assuming others dont experience the same feeling that I have, fear, regret, guilt, insecurities, self hatred. Realize that Christ said "Love others as yourself" because we are much more like one another than we care to admit, We can understand one another more than we care to see. If we could begin each day bringing our world closer together and showing those that have never seen true love, What it means to be loved. That is Living
"The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively"
-Bob Marley
Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat. -Mother Teresa
Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired-Mother Teresa

What an awesome and true post Kyra!!! Great pictures and quotes, they really press the point and message you're conveying. I cannot believe I am typing still since I should be asleep and sick of typing for the day but I loved this and am so glad I read it before bed! :)
ReplyDeleteLife is a short and precious gift for sure. We must live and love to the fullest each moment. Live without regrets. In order to do that we must make choices that are in line with Christ and risk free of regrets!!! Amen my sweet sister! xoxo
